"I knew very little about the akashic records when I made my appointment with Lesley, other than the brief conversations we had had at my hair appointments. I had my first session on 8th October and Lesley took the time to explain the process before we started which made everything very clear and left me with no questions or hesitations. Lesley was a very gentle and reassuring presence throughout the appointment.
I was particularly interested in questions around my purpose and calling, and we took that question forward. Lesley took me into the records, which felt like being in a meditative state but with more direction and purpose. Throughout the journey Lesley was able to hold the space so that it never felt frightening or confusing. At the end of the session it felt similar to when you've had a conversation with an old trusted friend or relative who has given you clarity from a fresh viewpoint, and I felt calmer and lighter as though I was unburdened by the question I had taken into the records.

"Three years ago I was struggling with my hair health as well as my general health. I lost a lot of hair from various places on my head, had an itchy and sore scalp and with every brush I lost more. Lesley @Consciously Hair stood by me supporting my hair health, giving me advice and guidance and always ensuring that my hair was looked after. Three years on, I have my hair growth back, albeit its slightly different with the menopause impact as well, but today, I have had the BEST and most LUXURIOUS experience at the new Consciously Hair Hut in Bishops Stortford. "What can I say, I had my first hair cut at Consciously Hair … I got way more than a hair cut!! A journey to the heart while having my hair done. Wow
A space to breath, feel and connect with myself deeply. Lesley intuitively knew I needed grounding and changed the playlist just for me that completely spoke to my soul.

My mum passed away last year and Lesley gave me a chance to catch my breath and take space that I really needed. I wanted to go inwards and connect. So Lesley gave me space to close my eyes and have some quiet reflection. She has created a space that feels like a hug when you walk in. During the experience.. she offered me oracle cards and crystals…it enhanced the journey. I got so much confirmation, clarity and an inner calm. I went in for a hair cut and came out with a renewed sense of my soul.
